We ship worldwide. Please see below for shipping rates. All pricing is AUD. As we ship from various locations (Australia, EU, and UK), shipping charges are dependent on your location and your order. You will only be charged one of the shipping fees. Please note, for international orders, your Government may charge duty and tariffs depending on your order value, and the duty threshold for your country. This charge has nothing to do with us. Please also note, international shipping times may vary depending on the swiftness of customs clearing and other factors. We use Australia Post, standard, and express shipping, as they're more cost-effective. Our fulfillment partners ship via UK Royal Mail. Due to major fuel pricing increases, we have ceased using couriers at this time. We undercharge for all shipping; if you're an international customer, please understand that it costs us a lot to ship to you, and we wear some of the freight charges because we can't justify expensive shipping.

​Our copperware is shipped from Perth, Australia. Our organic loungewear is shipped from the UK and EU. Shipping times depend on your location, approximate shipping times are below.

Standard Post $10.00—5 to 10 business days for copperware free standard shipping for orders over $200).

Standard Post $15.00—2 to 3 weeks for loungewear (free standard shipping for orders over $200).

Express Post $15.00—2 to 3 business days (not available for loungewear). Free Express shipping for orders over $200.

Standard Post $20.00—2 to 3 weeks (free standard shipping for orders over $300).

USA/Canada

Standard Post $25.00—2 to 3 weeks (free standard shipping for orders over $300).

All Loungewear shipped to the USA from our UK/EU partner arrives duty paid.

All Copperware shipping to the USA from Australia is subject to approx 10% duty to be paid for by the buyer/customer. The tariff code is 7418.10.0025. Please research before purchasing copperware from us, as you will be responsible for return shipping from your customs branches should you not pay the duty charges. RETURNS

If you would like to exchange your product, or if for some reason you are unhappy with your product, please email sales@candymarx.com for a return authorisation or exchange details within 14 days of receiving your order. We only accept exchanges and returns if the product is returned in its original, unused, unmarked, undamaged condition. For change of mind or exchanges, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All sales are final on sale items and SECONDS items, no returns.
