SHIPPING

We ship flat-rate, worldwide. Please see below for shipping rates. All pricing is in AUD. Please note, for international orders, your Government may charge duty fees depending on your order value, and the duty threshold for your country. This charge has nothing to do with us. Please also note, international shipping times may vary depending on the swiftness of customs clearing and other factors. We use Australia Post, standard and express shipping as they're more cost-effective. Due to major fuel pricing increases, we have ceased using couriers at this time.

Please note, our organic threads are made in the UK and USA, and are shipped directly from our distribution partner in the UK and USA. Express Post is not available for these items. If you purchase our copper cups and our organic threads, you will only ever be charged one shipping fee. Shipping times vary depending on your location. If you are located in or near the UK or USA, shipping times are approximately 5 to 8 business days. For Australian and New Zealand, shipping times are approximately 3 weeks.

Express Post $15.00 — 2 business days (free express shipping for orders over $300)

New Zealand

Standard Post $20.00 — approx 2 weeks (free standard shipping for orders over $300)

Express Post $39.00 — 3 to 6 business days (free express shipping for orders over $400)

USA/Canada

Standard Post $39.00 — 2 to 3 weeks (free standard shipping for orders over $400)

Express Post $54.00 — 8 to 10 business days (free express shipping for orders over $500)

Rest of the World

Standard Post $45.00 — 2 to 3 weeks (free standard shipping for orders over $500)

Express Post $60.00 — 8 to 10 business days (free express shipping for orders over $600)

RETURNS

If you would like to exchange your product, or if for some reason you are unhappy with your product, please email sales@candymarx.com for a return authorisation or exchange details. We only accept exchanges and returns if the product is returned in its original, unused, unmarked, undamaged condition. For change of mind or exchanges, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
